Barry Denny

President & Founder

Barry is a U.S. Navy Veteran (Hospital Corpsman) and has spent over 30 years in the Medical and Supply Chain Management fields.

During his five years in the Navy, he worked as an EMT/Ambulance Driver, Emergency Department Supervisor, X-ray Technician, and Flight Deck Corpsman (USS America). Among many of the awards presented, he received the prestigious Navy Achievement Medal for medical supply and equipment procurement work during the renovation of one of the highest-volume Emergency Departments in the military, Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

Barry’s passion for cost containment for medical facilities developed in the early 90s, when he started working at the Patseavouras Center for Plastic Surgery. Between 1994 and 2015, Barry assisted his Mentor, Dr. Louie Patseavouras, in surgery and managed his outpatient surgical facility. The rest of his work during these years was dedicated to the company he founded, Expense Management Network, which later became Good Steward Consulting, LLC.
